A:Our mirror balls are made of 0.4mmClear PVC&Special Mirror Material in double layer which is thick, durable and it has a glossy finish.

Q:Is there a certificate of flame retardant?
A: Yes but we will send you a fire retardant test certificate only upon request.

Q:What type of pump is used to fill the balls with air?
A: A 110V within the USA or 220V within Europe air pump is included with your purchase.
If a stronger air pump is needed, let us know and we can provide you with an extra cost.

Q: How long does it take to inflate the ball?
A: It takes approximately 5-10 minutes to inflate an 1m-2.5 m ball. The smaller will take less time, And the bigger will take more time to inflate.

Q:For how long does it stay inflated?
A: The balls will remain intact for up to one year.

Q:What sizes are available?
A:We have sizes available from 2 feet (0.6 m) up to 20 feet (6 m) in diameter.

Q: How much does it weigh?
A: 6 feet (1.8 m) mirror ball is approximately 33 pounds (15 kg).
The bigger of the ball, the heavier it will be. The smaller the size, the lighter it will be.

Q:Is a repair kit included?
A: As requested. It contains small pieces of mirror cloth which can be glued over any rips or damage. The glue is not included.

A: Yes, if it’s requested. Usuallly the ball is packed by the Boxes!

Q:What’s the best way to store/transport it while not in use?
A:It’s recommended to deflate the mirror balls and fold it flat. Then you can wrap it with bubble wrap to protect it from any potential damage before storing it away or transporting it.

Q:How do you hang it?
A:The balls are made with Loop attachments on the top portion of the ball. So if you wish to hang it then rope can be strung through each loop.
